Who controls your data. Your personal information is controlled by AiVines.ai, the legal entity responsible for the AI Vine service.
What we collect. We collect the information you provide for your account and candidate record, including details furnished during registration, together with your registration status, participation and completion information, assessment responses and results, and technical information generated when you use the Event platform.
Why we collect it. We use this information to operate the Event, authenticate and support participants, administer assessments, determine results and prizes, maintain assessment records, prevent fraud or abuse, and provide related candidate services.
Talent matching. We also use your candidate information and assessment results to match candidates with relevant employers and employment opportunities; this talent-matching use is a core purpose of the AI Vine product, not merely an administrative function of the Event.
Sharing. Where relevant to the talent-matching service, information may be made available to participating employers or other service providers supporting the Event and matching process, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards.
Retention. We retain candidate and assessment information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Event, maintain legitimate assessment and integrity records, provide talent-matching services, meet legal or contractual requirements, and resolve disputes; retention periods may vary by type of information.
Your choices and questions. You may contact us about your personal information, including questions about access, correction, or applicable deletion or other privacy rights, using the contact details below.
