Terms of Participation

Event operator. The AI Vine event “AI Hackathon 1.0” is operated by AiVine and is conducted through the AI Vine platform.
Eligibility. You may participate only if you meet the eligibility requirements stated for this Event and provide accurate information when registering.
One account per person. Each participant may create and use only one account; duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts may be removed from the Event.
Academic honesty. You must complete the assessment using your own work and must not impersonate another participant, share answers, obtain unauthorized assistance, manipulate the platform, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
Disqualification. AiVine may disqualify a participant, remove their results, or withhold a prize where it reasonably determines that the participant has violated these Terms, the assessment rules, or the integrity of the Event.
Prize pool. The total prize pool for this Event is US$1,000, distributed among the winner(s) according to the prize structure announced for the Event.
Determining winners. Winners are determined using the Event’s published assessment results and ranking rules, including any applicable tie-break or eligibility rules; AiVine’s determination of the final results is final.
Prize payment. Eligible winners will be contacted using the information provided during registration and must provide any information reasonably required to process payment; prizes are subject to applicable payment, tax, and legal requirements.
Assessment recording and consent. By participating, you consent to AiVine recording and retaining your assessment activity and submitted assessment responses for the purposes of administering the Event, verifying results, maintaining an assessment record, and addressing disputes or integrity concerns.
Acceptance. By registering for or participating in the Event, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
